Returns & Exchanges

At Bluenotes, we want you to love your new look; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Bluenotes account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring you include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
